Cooking with Wheat Berries

Have you ever cooked with Wheat Berries?  I found them very similar to Barley, which I love.

This recipe's official title:
Insalata di Grano con Pomodoro, Tonno, e Capperi

Wheat Berries with Tomatoes, Tuna, and Capers
 It's good cold, and seems like a lovely thing to serve in little cups at a Shower,
 But it also tasted nice warmed up and served in a pita.
