Cooking with Wheat Berries

Have you ever cooked with Wheat Berries?  I found them very similar to Barley, which I love.

This recipe's official title:
Insalata di Grano con Pomodoro, Tonno, e Capperi

Wheat Berries with Tomatoes, Tuna, and Capers
 It's good cold, and seems like a lovely thing to serve in little cups at a Shower,
 But it also tasted nice warmed up and served in a pita.

Using My Diffuser

Nothing glamorous about meatloaf, but it sure tasted good!
And I wanted a reason to try out my new diffuser.
 You can see the shadow of the bowl when no diffuser is used:
and now the shadow is gone:
Next up, I'll have to try the light cube so the shadows from the other side vanish too . . .
