Pineapple Rhubarb Pie

Have you ever eaten Pineapple Rhubarb Pie?

 I hadn't either.

 It was a bit too strange for my hubby, but I thought it was wonderful.  Best cold, as most pie is.

 And my aunt especially liked it.

I think I might make it again, with tidbits instead of crushed next time.
