This little dessert, though not the most pretty thing to look at, tastes really great. But. BUT! It's the smell that won me over. If ever there were a candle that smelled liked this, I'd buy ten of them and burn them constantly all Fall. It's the perfect mix of pumpkin pie and buttery cake all wrapped into one.

we're loving all the pumpkin over here. Tonight we did pumpkin pancakes again because they are soooooo good. I eat them plain without any syrup they're that good (although real maple syrup is really tasty on them as well!)
