I enjoyed trying out my new wheat grinder.  I'm loving it.  Freshly ground wheat . . . so good!

 And even though I have a mixer, I just felt like kneading it by hand.  Sometimes that's enjoyable too!

Pasta with Fennel, Mint, and Bread Crumbs

I love the smell of fresh mint.  And the smell of fennel has always been intriguing too.  Licorice, really?!  Yes, really!  This was an interesting combination.
